The “Islamic Trust Studies” will offer an online course “The world connected by Islam” at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (TUFS) Open Academy in this winter.

This course will discuss how we should see Islam through varied issues; from topics related to our daily lives to international problems. It mainly focuses on an ability of Islam, “the ability of connecting” people who have varied backgrounds. Though we also encounter barriers to its comprehension, we will then think of the meaning of overcoming them for building relationship. It is, namely, that we think over the way we see the future world and face with it.
